Given the nature of Words at Home, of course the majority of my posts are about books. What I love about them, what I don't, what my favorite authors have to say etc.

As you know Evie, Asheley and I just finished up the huge undertaking that was Contemporary Fiction Month. It was competely awesome but also left me a little exhausted. I have a few reviews to catch up on and post later in the week but for now I thought I would share a little of what has been going on in this home to distract me from  my reading time.

Meet exhibits 1 and 2 – these girls are completely fantastic and do you notice what they seem to be so smiley about?

That's right, I haven't been getting in as much reading because I have been trying to fit in a little extra sleeping time while we cook up reader #3 (note to self, I will have to change the banner for this blog in at the end of the year!). So if posts are sporadic I'm still here but I'm probably taking a nap!

I promise to return soon with some reviews of some completely awesome books!
